Many folks wouldn't think of putting a cheeseburger in a bao, but we did. And it's awesome. Welcome to r&b where we serve up your favorite Asian & American flavors in both bowls and buns. In our kitchen, we're always pushing the envelope and exploring different ways to enjoy the traditional foods we love. We're serious about consistently providing our guests with the best ingredients and precision service of a fine dining restaurant and serving it up in a fast-casual environment.
Fun Facts:
- Bone broth keeps you young and virile (just look at our staff). We slow-cook ours for 18 hours, in-house, daily.
- According to legend, Bao were invented in the 3rd century AD. Does that make them the first sandwich ever made?
- Our chicken, pork and produce is sourced from local Texas farmers. Yay for sustainability, freshness and seasonal eating!
